Yeah, it looks like I did sort of fall off the face of the earth. I've been reading, a lot. Working on the family treee. And discovering over and over that if you have relatives that were born in Northern Europe the rest of us are probably all cousins of one kind or another. Just how often and with multiple who's. I swear almost all roads lead to Charlemagne.
Watching the birds outside the window.Along with Fuzzball, AKA Midge, Henrietta Hairball, Pouncer (rally loves balls of paper.) So far this winter I've seen house finches, chickadees, mourning doves, sparrows, juncos, and one varried thrush who managed to hang on the the feeder. Just a little too big to do it the normal way. Thank heaven we haven't had anymore snow. We were getting eaten out of house and home for about a week and a half.
Can't seem to get the old blazing outrage going these days. Perhaps because the faces have changed to the stories seem to be pretty much the same. Argh! I'm all over the place here.
Did run across this from a friend's posting from Yellowstone National Park, the Invasion of the Idiots.
Perhaps the bears will do better at reading the signs than the tourons.
